Introduction

I am an academic librarian, researcher, and higher education educator specializing in communication and information studies and technologies. In addition, I am a software developer, having started programming at the age of ten on an MSX computer, experienced in the entire software development lifecycle. My research interests include library technology, usability and user experience, library assessment, and information use in everyday life contexts.
